Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Female Married/Unmarried
- Qualification: BSc Nursing(4 years) OR 3 Years Diploma and 1 Year Midwifery
- Age Required: 18-28 years
- Height Requirements: 5′ Feet ( 152.4cm)
- Weight: As per Body Mass Index BMI
- Post Name: Trained Nurse
- Trained Nurses Training: 6 weeks of basic military training at AFPGMI Rawalpindi and CMH Khariaan. On successful training completion, AFNS are granted Commission in the Rank of Lieutenant.

BSC Nursing
- Gender: Female Unmarried
- Qualification: Matric Science with 60% marks and FSC(PreMedical) with 50% marks.
- Age Required: 17-25 years

- Weight: As per Body Mass Index BMI
- AFNS Training BSc Nursing: 4 years of training at AFPGMI Rawalpindi, CMH Lahore, CMH Kharian, CMH Multan, CMH Quetta, and PNS Shifa Karachi. On successful training completion, AFNS are granted Commission in the Rank of Lieutenant.
- AFNS Uniform: AFNS wears the official uniform of the Pakistan Army.

- Original educational certificates/ mark sheet with 02 photocopies of each document.

- 03 color photographs attested front and back.
- Crossed postal order of rs 100/
How To Apply for Online Registration for Lieutenant
- Female candidates may register on the Pak Army website www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk for Registration and get the date and time of tests.
- Candidates must report in time and date given for preliminary tests on roll number slip.
- For Registration at Army Selection and Recruitment Centres, candidates must report nearest AS&RCs for registration and allotment of roll number slip.
- After registration candidates are to undergo initial medical tests at AS&RCs.
