ASF Jobs 2022 Physical Test Requirements
When candidates completed their application online through ASF Website Website, the first test which is taken is the Physical test. Following requirements are necessary to pass the Physical test. If you pass this test then you are to proceed to other ASF tests.
- Running: You are to pass 1.6 KM or 1 mile running in 07:30 minutes.
- Pushups: 22 repitition in 02 minutes.
- Sit Ups: 22 Repitions in 02 Minutes.
