- Original documents and 2 attested photocopies of each document.
- Original CNIC or B-Form.
- Attested photocopy of father CNIC.

- All documets must attested from guzetted officer.

- Candidates applying for Junior Commisioned officer Jco( Naib Khateeb) must collect application form from Army Selection and Recruitment Centers AS&Rs.
- Fill application form attach with attested photocopies of all documents and submit it to Army Selection and Recruitment Centers AS&Rs.
- Documents must sbmit from 01 October to 30 October 2021.
